Checking the index of releases at "Index of /releases/17.01.x/targets/ramips/rt3883/" we can see that the Edimax BR-6475ND router is the only /ramips/rt3883 device in that list that does not have a factory.bin file.

Is there any specific problem with the BR-6475ND router that puts it out of the LEDE package autobuild system?

Could it be related to the reason why it is not possible to install neither Lede v. 17.01.1 nor Lede v. 17.01.2 in the BR-6475ND ?

As far as I understand https://forum.openwrt.org/viewtopic.php?id=48072 no special factory image is required for the br-6475nd. Should work via webinterface and via tftp recovery.

Could it be related to the reason why it is not possible to install neither Lede v. 17.01.1 nor Lede v. 17.01.2 in the BR-6475ND ?

What do you mean with not possible to install. Any error messages?

I mean: it will brick the router, i.e., will put it into an infinite boot loop.

Installing LEDE v.17.01.0 over openwrt 15.05.x will result in a working router.

Installing either LEDE v.17.01.1 or LEDE v.17.01.2 over openwrt 15.05.x or over LEDE v.17.01.0 will brick the router.
