Hi,

I meet a bug with certain ring roads(peripherals) (Xbox 360 and Epson SX425) using the WiFi 2,4Ghz of my TP(PRACTICAL CLASS) Link Archer C7 1750 under LEDE 17.01.2 (noticed also with LEDE 17.01.1) with activated WMM mode.

When WMM mode is active ring roads(peripherals) Xbox 360 and Epson SX425 does not receive an IP address while quite my other PC works carefree in WiFi 2,4Ghz.

By deactivating WMM mode and by restarting the router(route planner) everything works perfectly.

I specify that with OpenWrt 15.05.1 WMM Mode worked perfectly.

I can confirm the same behavior using the following router with an XBox 360.

Model: TP-Link TL-WR1043N/ND v3
Firmware Version: LEDE Reboot 17.01.4 r3560-79f57e422d / LuCI lede-17.01 branch (git-17.290.79498-d3f0685)

When disabling WMM Mode as suggested by the OP my XBox 360 is able to obtain an IP address from the router and connects to the internet as expected.

The same behavior has also been discussed in the forum including more details and screenshots, reported by mitza97. Unfortunately this thread ended with a change of hardware.

I can provide additional details if needed.
