Every once in a while the kernel spits out messages like this:
[121661.431352] ltq_etop 1e180000.etop eth0: tx ring full
[121661.458229] ltq_etop 1e180000.etop eth0: tx ring full

[131036.649561] ltq_etop 1e180000.etop eth0: tx ring full
[131036.683894] ltq_etop 1e180000.etop eth0: tx ring full
[131036.703154] ltq_etop 1e180000.etop eth0: tx ring full
Currenly I have more than 1100 of these messages in the log over an uptime of less than 2 days.
Someone else reported this against 18.06 on the same device already, but it got closed when that version went EOL:
