dnsmasq-full fails to resolve randomly domains if DNSSEC is enabled and DNS forwarders are Cloudfare servers e.g. 1.1.1.1, 1.0.0.1
Device problem occurs on TP-Link Archer C2 and Archer C7.
OpenWRT 19.07.8, dnsmasq-full 2.80-16.3.

Workaround is disable DNSSEC and enable it in stubby.
Follow guide https://openwrt.org/docs/guide-user/services/dns/dot_dnsmasq_stubby#dnssec_validation
