@aparcar , I think this issue was fixed in later versions of 21.02.x. @stamak stated this issue was fixed in a snapshot, here?: kaloz/mwlwifi#404 (comment)

Also, various people reported it no longer affecting them here: https://forum.openwrt.org/t/5ghz-wifi-issues-with-wrt1200ac-running-openwrt-21-02-x/111546/34
