The current versions of dnsmasq are lower than 2.83! E.g. 2.80
Page 19 states:
"
Update your dnsmasq software to the latest version (2.83 or above). This is the best and only complete mitigation.
"

So please prepare update packages for 18.x and 19.x and announce the bug on the OpenWRT home page
so users are warned.
