On my Lantiq-XRX200 device Fritzbox 7360 SL, the WIFI PHy doesnt gets detected anymore. right after 1 second when booting the device. i get a kernel warning that the "PCIe PHY cant get detected and right after that 5 lines of
"PCIe phy_link_up timeout"
This happend in release of 19.07.x and trunk.

I can confirm that this problem also affects Fritz!Box 7360 v2 and still happens on OpenWrt 21.02.0-rc2.
Update: With subsequent boots of the same image I couldn't reproduce this anymore. I sometimes got one of the timeout messages shown in the bug description, but when the box had fully booted there always was a wlan0 interface.
I had my fritzbox 7360 v2 running for some months. After toggling the wifi via the button - and I think an update to 23.3.3 from 23.3.2 - wifi does not work anymore with same problems. wifi config is empty and resetting did not resolve the issue neither.
I tested 23.05.2, 22.03.6 and 21.02.0 for 7360sl (which is what openwrt thinks I have) (for avm recovery I need to use the version for v1)
For all wifi was not available in the gui.
Specifically on 21.02.0 I checked the logs and did find the above described pcie_rc_initialize error.
