FS#3209 - pcengines_apuv2 does no support PcEngines APU4

Device: PC Engines APU4
OpenWrt 2020-Jun-28 snapshot

Small regression. The led-apu2 driver which did support the APU4 was removed in favor of the pcengines-apu2 module. However, the pcengines-apu2 in the 5.4 branch does not support the APU4 [1]. The module in the 5.5 branch does support the APU4 [2].
