FS#3009 - executable path /usr/sbin/hostapd does not match process path (/proc/exe)

Built off trunk after the single instance hostapd commit. Seeing this error in logread, although the radio still comes up and works.

- Fresh clone of trunk
- Select target system (Atheros AR7xxx/AR9xxx) and target profile (Ubiquiti UAP Pro)
- make defconfig
- make menuconfig with the follow changes: compile with GCC9, full version of hostapd (hostapd-openssl), iw-full, ath9k dynack enabled
- make

Sysupgraded unit using sysupgrade -n
