Its most likely something related to your local build tree, your local system or your local configuration, since this issue is not visible on build bots and I've build myself x86/64 several times today from scratch.

So I recommend you to do make clean (or just remove build_dir,staging_dir,tmp for x86/64) and start again, if it happens again, please share output of scripts/diffconfig command, Git hash of your tree you're trying to build and your host OS details.
