I've just upgraded my linksys wrt-1200ac from 18.06.4 to 19.07.0
I've got a more-or-less out-of-the-box configuration with wired and wireless clients all connected to the 'br-lan' bridge. My ISP provides native IPv6. I've got odhcpd-ip6only installed, and a mixture of clients, some using SLAAC and some using DHCPv6.
When a wireless client that is configured for SLAAC (e.g. an android phone) connects, it sends an IPv6 router solicitation to ff02::1 and receives a router advertisement on its fe80:: address. That still works fine. But the client never receives any further router adverts, so the route times out after 1800 seconds and IPv6 connectivity is lost.
This is only going wrong with wireless clients: tcpdump on a wired client shows router adverts arriving on ff02::1 every few minutes. But tcpdump on a wireless client shows no router adverts after the initial one.
I've retested with 18.06.4 and the problem does not exist in that version.

Some additional information: the problem only occurs when wireless encryption is set to 'sae-mixed'. When I revert to 'psk2-ccmp' everything works fine.
FWIW: the 2 radios have the same ssid and password, and are bridged together.
I'm using IPv6 with SLAAC on a Xiaomi R3P router.
OpenWRT version is 19.07.4.
Just after starting Wifi everything is good on clients (Android, Windows...).
After 10 minutes IPv6 is not working anymore. Devices don't receive RAs and can't get IPv6 connectivity.
If Wifi is restarted everything is working for 10 min.
The problem is with GTK rekeying (wpa_group_key in hostapd).
If I change it to an higher value it's working until the value expires.
For example, with "3600" clients work for 1 hour.
Could you please try to correct this bug ?
It is particularly annoying and it prevents using IPv6.
