Currently we are only getting msdos based images for x86_64. Much of the new hardware for that platform is increasingly only UEFI based. Some motherboards allow for a CSM (bios) boot, but not all. I know there is a workaround documented in the wiki, but I was unable to get it to work.

With x86_64 hardware we can get much greater openvpn speeds vs an off the shelf router. This enhancement would be a win for all those wanting to build their own with newer more efficient hardware with excellent AES-NI support.

Given how invasive it seems, this isn't eligible for a backport, it will be part of the next 20.XX release.
