resistor4u:

On a Linksys EA3500, I've flashed 18.06.2 from the OEM firmware. I tried to setup two WPA2 networks (2.4 and 5.0) for my small apartment. I'm able to connect to both networks from laptops and phones, and the router maintains the connections, but internet connectivity gets dropped and picked up in rapid succession - choppy is apropos. But running successive speedtests shows a near constant 11.00-69 Mbit/s connection.

I've attached the System log, Kernel log, and a file with uname -a and opkg list-installed. There are several suspicious RF and TF antenna failures in the logs

I suspected at first it was an issue with the router having too high TX/RX, because I really do have a really small apartment. But that option is set to auto. FWIW, I am able to ssh to the router from all my devices OK, but trying to ssh to other connected devices on the network is not practical - i.e., it is possible after waiting for the connection for 10+ minutes, and when the connection is made, there is an unbelievable amount of lag.

On IRC, it was suggested that I go to 18.06.0 before trying to put the OEM firmware back. This issue is not unlike this one: https://dev.archive.openwrt.org/ticket/21284.
