The problem occurs on Netgear WNDR3700v3 USING latest 18.06.
After setting up the router and installing required USB packages then rebooting the router, USB can't be accessed. USB LED indicator light flickers few times during booting of the router, then shuts off. Using DMESG later I see that USB connects, then suddenly disconnects. The ONLY way to use USB functionality is to DISABLE WIFI.
To simply reproduce the issue, flash openwrt to your wndr3700v3, install required base USB packages.
1.) Disable wifi and find USB devices working normally.
2.) Enable Wifi and find USB devices not working and not being powered. (no led indicator on USB).
Use DMESG to see USB being recognized during boot and then simply later disconnected for no reason whatsoever.
The same issue did occur on 17.01. with the same behavior.
