Fixed with commit https://g it.openwrt.org/?p=openwrt/openwrt.git;a= commitdiff;h=aa0aa47aa176133ff302c4a5cea 785d971bc26b3

This exact same NOR chip is starting to appear in other Mikrotik devices, which prevents OpenWrt from being flashed on them:

- hAP lite / rb941-2nd : https://forum.openwrt.org/t/unable-to-flash-hap-lite-rb941-2nd-tc/ - hAP ac lite / rb952ui-5ac2nd : https://forum.openwrt.org/t/solved-unable-to-install-lede-on-rb952ui-5ac2nd/

Robert Marko submitted a patch upstream to add support for this chip, but it has not been accepted yet: https://patchwork.ozlabs.org/patch/934181/
