After https://git.openwrt.org/?p=openwrt/openwrt.git;a=commitdiff;h=8a570921b5ba49a2d3824f1220e4c53809063468 SD/MMC no longer works.

Looking at the history of the sd.c file, the commit named "ramips: Add back some non-mt7621 code that staging removed" should dependent on "ramips: mmc: Sync with staging driver".

Either both commits should be reverted or both should stay.
